Graston

The Graston Technique is a manual soft tissue application that uses specially designed instruments. During the session, stainless steel tools developed for different body areas are used to create controlled mechanical stimulation on the skin and underlying soft tissues.

This approach is considered among manual therapy and soft tissue treatment methods. The instruments are moved across the skin surface using specific techniques to stimulate the tissues mechanically.

The Graston Technique may be included as a supportive application within certain sports or movement-related programs. The duration of sessions and the treatment plan are determined according to individual assessment.
