Hpotech APEX is a hypoxia–hyperoxia training device designed to simulate high-altitude conditions. During a session, the user remains seated comfortably while the oxygen concentration of the inhaled air mixture is adjusted in a controlled manner to mimic different altitude environments. This approach is based on physiological adaptation mechanisms observed at high altitude and methods commonly used in exercise physiology.

Such applications may be considered within controlled breathing and adaptation-based approaches. The duration and frequency of sessions are planned according to individual assessment, and the application is performed under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
