Cell GYM

Cell Gym is a system based on controlled breathing applications that utilize the principles of intermittent hypoxia and hypoxic-hyperoxic exposure. During the session, the oxygen concentration of the inhaled air is adjusted at specific intervals through a specialized breathing mask. In this process, periods of normoxia (normal oxygen levels) and hypoxia (reduced oxygen levels) are alternated.

Such approaches are inspired by breathing methods studied in exercise physiology and high-altitude adaptation research. The duration and structure of the sessions are determined according to individual assessment and are carried out under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
