Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting is a nutritional approach in which food intake is limited to specific hours of the day or certain days of the week. In this system, food is consumed during designated time periods while calorie intake is restricted during the remaining hours.
The intermittent fasting program offered at our center is structured to include approximately 800–900 calories per day as part of a planned nutritional schedule. The program aims to organize food intake within defined time windows as part of a structured dietary routine.
During intermittent fasting programs, foods with adjusted carbohydrate content may be preferred depending on individual needs. This approach may involve changes in the body’s energy utilization processes. The content and duration of the program are planned by healthcare professionals following an individual assessment.
